What leadership programs do you offer?

Rangatira, Toroa, and Āriki programs are available:

• Rangatira is suitable for small groups, with three one-day workshops.

• Toroa is for larger groups, with three two-day overnight stays.

• Āriki is an executive-level program with a five-day strategic focus.

We also have Te Taki Leadership services available, a couple of examples include:

• Leadership coaching includes six one-hour online sessions.

• DISC Profiling workshops that can be time-tailored to fit your team’s schedule. They’re usually delivered as a three-hour session or in two sessions of two hours each.

How are your programs different from others?

• We blend behavioural leadership theories with the cultural context of Aotearoa New Zealand.

• There is an emphasis on experiential learning and wairuatanga.

Can individuals join your programs, or are they designed for organisations only? 

• Our programs have generally been for one organisation at a time, however recent demand has called for us to run programs for multiple organisations. This offers the benefit of cross-organisational pollination and may be more suitable for your budget.

• If you have can fill 6-8 seats, you’d be able to have your own Rangatira program. If you can fill 20 seats, you’d be able to have your own Toroa program. This allows us to offer flexible scheduling and customise the program to fit the specific needs of your organisation.

What outcomes can I expect from participating in your leadership programs? 

• Organisations and whānau will hear, see and feel the change.

• Expected outcomes included increased capability measured through promotion, stretch assignments, improved communication, the embracing of change with purpose and inspiration.

How do I enrol in a leadership program?

How can I customize a program for my organization's specific needs?

• We have found that organisations are having similar issues – getting their people to work on themselves as developing leaders, their teams getting along, navigating change and lifting their overall wellbeing.

• During our one-on-one consultation with you we will discuss your specific challenges and how our offering will land with your people.

• We adapt the program as we go to ensure the participants’ meet the objectives outlined in during the consultation period and the organisation feels their return on investment.

Who are the facilitators for your programs? 

• Experienced leaders facilitate our programs. We have real jobs that require real-time leadership.

What is Te Ao Māori and how is it integrated into your programs?

We incorporate Māori worldview values for a culturally immersive learning experience.

How much will I need to spend?

• Prices vary based on participant level, numbers, location and required facilitators.

• Rangatira programs start from $2,700 + GST per seat ($900 per day).

• Toroa programs start from $5,600 + GST per seat ($933 per day).

• Leadership coaching programs are held online from $2,100 + GST for six one-hour sessions ($350 per session).

• Āriki programs are priced on application.
